Accompany a group of artists throughout the entire festival, during their performances, etc.

Meals, Refreshments and the Village of Nations

Handle all logistics related to the groups’ meals and refreshment.  Among the tasks:  organize meals for the groups (especially when they have performances);  handle the sale of drinks to the public;  manage the welcome apéritif.

Private Bar

Ensure that artists and volunteers are welcomed in a relaxed, convivial setting at the private bar.

Stage Production

Participate in the management of all the performances (stage lighting, help in the wings, ticket checking, etc.)

Lodging

Assign lodging to all invited groups.  Help ensure that everyone is comfortable in their temporary home.

Bus Driver

Transport the artists in a minibus during the festival week.

Cashier

Be a cashier at evening performances during the week and on Saturday evening at the Village of Nations. 

Usher

Help escort and seat visitors during evening performances/galas.
